Evidence-Informed Naturopathic Care Rooted in Comprehensive Clinical Assessment

Many chronic health concerns are influenced by multiple interconnected factors. Whether you’re experiencing persistent digestive symptoms, managing metabolic or hormonal concerns, preparing for pregnancy, or looking to optimize your long-term health, my goal is to identify the factors contributing to your symptoms and health concerns and develop a personalized, evidence-informed treatment plan.

I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with experience in primary care, chronic disease prevention, and health optimization. After completing my Honours Bachelor of Science degree at McGill University and Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, I have worked alongside family physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patients with a wide range of chronic health concerns.

As a naturopathic doctor, I provide comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnose and manage conditions within my scope of practice, review and interpret laboratory findings, and order laboratory testing where appropriate. By integrating your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and diagnostic findings, I work to connect the pieces that may be contributing to your health concerns. Together, we will develop a practical, individualized treatment strategy that may include nutrition, lifestyle medicine, evidence-informed supplementation, and other therapies tailored to your unique needs.

My Primary Areas of Clinical Focus

Metabolic Health & Chronic Disease Prevention

I have a particular interest in helping patients optimize their metabolic health through the prevention and management of prediabetes, insulin resistance, cardiovascular risk factors, weight management, fatty liver, and other chronic conditions. My approach focuses on identifying contributing factors early and developing practical, sustainable strategies that support long-term health.

Digestive Health I support patients experiencing IBS, bloating, reflux, altered bowel habits, and other digestive concerns by looking beyond symptom management to better understand the underlying factors contributing to digestive symptoms and overall gut health.

Hormonal Health & Preconception Care

I work with patients experiencing menstrual concerns, PMS, perimenopause, menopause, and other hormone-related symptoms through individualized assessment and evidence-informed treatment planning. I also support individuals and couples who are preparing for pregnancy and looking to optimize their health before conception, while collaborating with fertility specialists and other healthcare providers when appropriate.

General Wellness & Healthy Aging

I also enjoy helping patients improve their energy, sleep, stress resilience, and overall wellness while supporting healthy aging and long-term disease prevention.

My approach is evidence-informed, collaborative, and patient-centred. I believe patients make the best decisions when they understand why they are experiencing symptoms and how different aspects of their health are connected. My goal is not only to recommend treatments, but to provide clear clinical guidance that empowers you to make informed decisions and build sustainable habits for lifelong health.

I value collaborative healthcare and enjoy working alongside family physicians, specialists, Registered Dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
